📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping across agency services and e-commerce brand operations • Manage multi-entity reconciliations and diverse, variable payment models • Streamline client quoting, invoicing, and accounts receivable collections • Oversee accounts payable, including vendor payments and bill tracking • Perform regular bank, credit card, and inventory account reconciliations • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements • Assist with operational and general administrative tasks as needed • Identify pricing efficiencies and process improvements as the role develops • Support leadership decision-making through accurate financial reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping/accounting experience in an agency or eCommerce environment • Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online • Familiarity with eCommerce-specific accounting tools such as Finaloop • Demonstrated experience handling full-cycle AR/AP and international payroll processing • Solid understanding of multi-entity accounting and eCommerce revenue structures such as Amazon and Shopify • Direct experience working with small-to-medium digital agencies or boutique service teams (nice to have) • Hands-on experience using Finaloop for automated eCommerce accounting (nice to have) • QuickBooks Online or Certified Bookkeeper certification (nice to have) • High operational autonomy and ownership of the financial function • Exceptional numerical accuracy and attention to detail • High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial and payroll data • Clear, proactive communication style • Must be residing in the Philippines and legally authorized to work there • Must have a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work • Must have at least 4 hours of overlap within PST
