📋 Description

• Ensure the smooth operation of the software for customers and in the SaaS environment • Independently or collaboratively handle project tasks • Support customers in using the MapEdit product family, Barthauer wastewater products, and selected Autodesk infrastructure products • Process customer inquiries and reproduce reported issues • Act as a liaison between development teams and customers • Keep customers and project members informed about the status of ongoing work • Perform data migrations and system transitions from third-party and legacy systems to the software solution • Answer questions using the documentation and knowledge base, and contribute to their continuous improvement • Actively participate in software testing and quality assurance for the proprietary MapEdit product

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in computer science, geoinformatics, surveying, or geography; alternatively, completed vocational training as an IT specialist or surveying technician, or a comparable qualification or relevant professional experience • Initial experience with geographic information systems, CAD, and GIS systems • Basic knowledge of SQL and Oracle or PostgreSQL databases • Experience with wastewater software solutions, such as those from Barthauer, and FME by Safe Software is an advantage • Interest in and ability to understand and improve technically sophisticated software • Strong communication skills when working with colleagues and customers • Ability to work independently and a high level of team spirit • Willingness to pursue continuous professional development • Very good German and good English skills • French language skills are an advantage
