• Bachelor’s Degree – Technical Degree, Chemistry highly preferred • Minimum 3 years Sales experience • Team Based Selling Experience – Sales/Technical/Product Management • Chemical Industry experience required; Performance Chemical experience is a Bonus • The following product lines are preferred: • Specialty Additives for Industrial and Automotive Markets in general • Defoamers/Antifoams for any application • Silicone release agents • Must live in the Midwest region, preferably Michigan/Illinois and surrounding states • Travel 60% in the field (3 out of 5 days in home office, once per month flying, up to two weeks a month overnight travel) • Prefer basic understanding of industrial and automotive market regulations/compliances
