📋 Description

• Development and expansion of business in Austria and Eastern Europe by acquiring new customers. • Conducting technical sales discussions to identify customer requirements. • Translating customer requirements into qualified projects and technical application studies. • Building and actively managing a CRM-supported sales pipeline. • Increasing project-to-order conversion through disciplined opportunity management. • Regular customer visits and virtual meetings, including preparation of visit reports and continuous maintenance of up-to-date CRM data. • Close collaboration with application technology, product management, supply chain, and R&D.

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a comparable natural science. • At least 3 years of experience in sales or closely related functions. • Experience in one of the following market segments: paints and coatings, construction chemicals, printing inks, adhesives, or sales of specialty additives. • Practical experience in marketing technical products, including customer training. • Friendly and committed communication style; negotiation skills across different hierarchy levels. • Business-fluent English; knowledge of an Eastern European language is an advantage. • Structured, self-motivated work approach with strong teamwork skills. • Willingness to travel > 50%.
