📋 Description

• Develop software for IVR (Interactive Voice Response) platforms, using .NET C#, XML, JSON, and SQL for voice call handling platforms and text bots; • Handle new development requests or IVR/BOT change requests and provide application support; • Full-cycle development of self-service applications, using required technologies and adopting new methodologies and knowledge for future solutions; • Analyze and propose continuous optimizations to existing systems, improving quality, stability, and efficiency to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience developing applications using .NET C#, XML, JSON, and SQL (over 2 years); • Knowledge of web service integrations using SOAP, REST/RESTful, and WebSocket protocols; • Knowledge of applications running in Docker and Kubernetes environments; • Experience with Jenkins; • Familiarity with messaging systems; • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases. • Nice-to-haves: • Knowledge of microservices architecture; • Experience working on projects involving AI; • Prior experience developing IVR systems; • Experience working with an LLM in a commercial context; • Experience crafting prompts for AI.
