📋 Description

• Serve as a hands-on Tech Lead: pair programming, code reviews, and resolving critical impediments. • Monitor team performance and provide feedback to support professional growth. • Participate in the software architecture process, aligning business requirements and technology. • Act as a focal point for technical refinements, supporting the architect in presenting the vision to multidisciplinary squads. • Ability and experience to make decisions when facing impediments or unforeseen issues to ensure smooth progress of projects and the team. • Communicate with partners, vendors, and internal teams to remove blockers and ensure delivery. • Ensure best practices for observability, testing, security, and performance throughout the software lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Node.js and NestJS. • Knowledge of clean architecture. • Automated testing: unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) tests. • MySQL (data modeling, query optimization, indexing). • Docker for development and CI/CD environments. • Fluent with Git (gitflow, pull requests, code review). • Experience with cloud environments (GCP preferred): Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL or equivalents. • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and facilitating ceremonies. • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or similar) is a plus. • Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging (Kafka, Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ) is a plus. • Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) is a plus.
