📋 Description

• Lead the team's technical evolution and maturity, promoting development best practices and software quality • Identify and enhance each team member's strengths, assigning tasks according to their skills and goals • Serve as a technical reference in Java, supporting architectural decisions and ensuring high-value business deliveries • Mentor less-experienced developers and encourage knowledge sharing and continuous team development • Foster a collaborative, engaged environment focused on technical excellence and innovation • Mentor the team in DevOps and Agile cultures • Conduct code reviews • Work with the PM on technical direction and on breaking down stories that add business value • Anticipate technical issues and propose solutions • Implement system-wide telemetry • Propose innovative architectures • Improve the performance of existing flows • Occasionally develop new features with the team

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field • Experience developing Java applications, Web (Angular, JSF) and Mobile (Android/iOS) • Development of microservices with Spring Boot and Docker deployment on OpenShift and/or Kubernetes • Development and integration with SOAP web services, REST APIs, mainframe systems and databases • Knowledge of DevOps tools: Nexus, SonarQube, GitLab, Jenkins, Bamboo, GitHub and StarTeam • Continuous integration, automated deployment, unit testing, TDD, BDD and Agile Scrum methodology • Knowledge of private and public cloud environments: Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform
