📋 Description

• Structure and improve Flash's system architecture using Clean Architecture, Event-Driven Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) • Share technical capabilities, knowledge, technologies, and ideas with the team • Support leadership in building, monitoring, and tracking system and product metrics with SRE support • Research, share, experiment with, and implement innovations and prototypes • Establish standards to support the agile development of junior professionals • Align with peers within the team and across other teams • Help build teams with event practices and rituals • Promote cohesive allocation of professionals into working groups • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, continuous learning, feedback, and celebration of achievements • Develop high-quality software with scalability, performance, and availability • Deliver complex systems, microservices architectures, and integrations via RESTful/GraphQL APIs • Mentor less experienced engineers, participate in code reviews, and contribute to system design decisions • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Agile teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Node.js, React.js, and other JavaScript frameworks • Proven experience developing highly scalable, high-performance, and highly available software • Experience delivering complex systems, microservices architectures, and integrations via RESTful/GraphQL APIs • Experience mentoring less experienced engineers, performing code reviews, and making system design decisions • Experience working in digital product environments collaborating with Product, Design, and Agile teams • Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Redis • Advanced practices in automated testing: unit, integration, and end-to-end tests • Proficiency with messaging and event-driven architectures, such as Kafka • Familiarity with Design Patterns, SOLID principles, Clean Code, and Clean Architecture • Autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to navigate ambiguity • Technical leadership capabilities and the ability to collaborate without formal authority • Business- and customer-focused mindset with attention to software impact • Clear and assertive communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Pragmatism, prioritization skills, and the ability to balance technical excellence and delivery speed • Continuous improvement mindset, resilience, and openness to feedback • Nice-to-haves: NestJS, React Native, scalable microservices development, AWS/GCP/Azure, CI/CD, and testing tools
