📋 Description

• Evolve and sustain solutions on Oracle Siebel CRM 2013/2015 in a mission-critical environment • Develop and maintain Siebel configurations and customizations, including Business Components, Business Services, Workflows, EAI and business rules • Design, implement and maintain integrations between Siebel and legacy and modern corporate systems • Develop ACLs using Java + Spring Boot (VEXA) for SOAP-to-REST and REST-to-SOAP conversion • Develop ACLs for publishing and consuming events in Kafka, with a focus on reliability and traceability • Ensure quality, security, observability and resilience standards across integrations and APIs • Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA) and performance tuning in Siebel, integrations and Oracle Database • Build and maintain YAML pipelines in Azure DevOps for build, test, validation and deployment • Support architectural decisions and provide technical guidance to the team on engineering best practices • Collaborate with business and operations teams to ensure continuity and evolution of services

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Analyst working with Oracle Siebel CRM, specifically versions 2013 and 2015 • Strong command of Siebel Tools, eScript, Workflows, Business Services, EAI and integration patterns • Hands-on experience with Oracle Database and advanced SQL for analysis and performance optimization • Experience developing ACLs in Java + Spring Boot (VEXA) • Experience developing ACLs for two-way SOAP/REST conversion • Experience developing ACLs for publishing and consuming events in Kafka • Experience integrating legacy systems with modern API- and event-driven architectures • Experience with Azure DevOps, including Repos, Boards and YAML Pipelines • Knowledge of Siebel Open UI and experience with service and sales channels • Knowledge of event-driven architecture at scale and Kafka topic governance • Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns: idempotency, retries, DLQ, traceability and API contracts • Knowledge of security for APIs and integrations: authentication, authorization, encryption and audit trails • Knowledge of observability: metrics, distributed logs and tracing • Experience in telecom and B2C/B2B contexts • Practices for quality, versioning, CI/CD, monitoring and production support • Strong communication skills to work with technical teams and business stakeholders • Mandatory AI knowledge: automation of customer service and operations processes; classification and routing of requests; support for operational prioritization; productivity improvements in software engineering; AI governance, data quality and responsible use in a corporate environment • Analytical ability to solve complex problems in critical environments • Ownership mindset regarding stability, quality and operational continuity • Technical leadership, collaboration and mentoring of less experienced professionals • Clear communication with technical and business stakeholders • Focus on continuous improvement, incident prevention and operational excellence • Differentials: certifications in Oracle, Java, Kafka, Azure or Software Architecture; experience in incremental modernization of legacy systems; track record in high-volume, high-criticality operations
