📋 Description

• Connect Java ecosystem specialists with Back-end and Fullstack development opportunities • Develop highly scalable, secure, high-performance solutions • Work in multidisciplinary teams with an agile culture and a focus on continuous improvement • Participate in high-impact projects for clients • Work in remote, hybrid, or on-site models depending on the project • Use technology to generate value and support digital innovation

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with Java 11 or higher • Consistent experience developing applications with Spring Boot and/or Quarkus • Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, scalable APIs, resilience patterns, high availability, and distributed systems • Practical experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures • Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure • Experience with Kubernetes and Docker containers • Building CI/CD pipelines • Experience with relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases • Knowledge of vector databases • Practical application of SOLID principles, Clean Code, and Design Patterns • Knowledge of observability for critical applications • Proficiency with GitHub • Use of AI-assisted productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot • Proactivity and an ownership mindset • Clear communication and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams • Technical curiosity and openness to continuous learning • Autonomy with responsibility and attention to code quality • Experience in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban)
