📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for the development of new features and products, with a focus on quality and scalability • Work on fullstack development, participating in the entire product lifecycle • Design resilient, high-performance solutions prepared for continuous evolution • Collaborate with UX/UI to ensure a consistent and scalable user experience • Contribute to maintenance, evolution and refactoring of existing systems • Define and evolve architecture, development patterns and best practices • Evaluate and support the adoption of new technologies, frameworks and tools • Ensure alignment between business rules, product and technical implementation • Support the improvement of observability, monitoring and reliability of applications • Transform validated solutions from the discovery phase into robust, production-ready products for operation and continuous evolution • Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering and cross-functional teams to turn business needs into robust and efficient solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript • Experience developing frontend applications using React.js • Experience with NoSQL and SQL databases • Experience with Git and version control • Knowledge of REST APIs and consuming services • Product mindset, not just code-focused • Ability to balance speed with quality • Collaborative profile and strong communication with cross-functional teams • Interest in building sustainable and scalable solutions • Proactive in identifying technical and product improvements • Preferred: experience with cloud environments (AWS and/or GCP) • Preferred: experience with microservices architecture • Preferred: knowledge of observability, monitoring and application performance • Preferred: experience in product environments and multidisciplinary teams
