📋 Description

• Design, guide, and make decisions regarding the front-end and back-end architecture of systems • Ensure scalability, performance, security, and maintainability • Guide, mentor, and provide technical feedback to developers • Write high-quality code and develop complex features • Implement automated tests and participate in code reviews • Define and promote development best practices • Identify and remove technical blockers • Assist in resolving complex engineering problems • Work with Product and Design to translate business needs into technical requirements and estimates • Propose and implement improvements to the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) • At least 4 years of experience with Node.js • Experience as a Technical Lead • Basic English (sufficient for coding) • Availability to work 40 hours per week • Strong hands-on experience as a Fullstack Developer • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and high-availability distributed SaaS systems • Ability to decompose complex problems and propose simple, efficient solutions • Excellent communication and ability to negotiate deadlines, priorities, and solutions • Continuous learning mindset, autonomy, and proactivity • Experience with chatbots and/or startups is desirable • Desirable knowledge in Angular 2+, Java, NestJS, relational databases, AWS, and automated testing
