📋 Description

• Work hands-on in developing solutions, contributing directly with code, technical reviews and architectural decisions • Provide technical leadership to squads, ensuring quality, consistency, scalability and continuous evolution of applications • Remove technical and organizational blockers that may impact delivery, working closely with the team and leadership • Co-create and evolve the roadmap with the Product team, aligning strategy, technical feasibility and execution • Define, monitor and promote engineering best practices such as Clean Code, automated testing, observability, CI/CD and development standards • Ensure delivery quality through code reviews, monitoring, continuous process improvement and proactive handling of technical issues • Support the evolution of solution architecture, especially in cloud environments, APIs, services and integrations • Work closely with Product, Design and Engineering teams, balancing user experience, business impact, timelines and technical quality • Foster an environment of high collaboration, autonomy, ownership and performance within the squads • Develop people through continuous feedback, technical mentoring, 1:1s and close follow-up of developers' growth • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools, backlog organization and ways of working for the technology team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in software development with a hands-on approach and the ability to lead by example • Extensive experience with Node.js, APIs and service architecture • Previous experience in technical leadership of squads, acting as a technical reference and not only as people management • Experience in developing and mentoring people, including feedback, 1:1s, technical mentoring and performance follow-up • Solid knowledge of software architecture, engineering best practices and evolving scalable solutions • Mastery of practices such as SOLID, Clean Code, automated testing, code review, observability and continuous improvement • Experience with agile environments and demand-management tools such as Jira or similar • Experience with cloud, preferably GCP, including Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, APIs and related services • Experience with cloud architecture, microservices or distributed systems • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices • Good communication skills, ability to prioritize and ease working with cross-functional teams • Analytical, collaborative profile with a strong sense of ownership, focused on the real business impact of deliveries • Bachelor’s degree or Technical diploma
