📋 Description

• Take a hands-on role in developing solutions, contributing directly through coding, technical reviews, and architectural decisions • Provide technical leadership to squads, ensuring the quality, consistency, scalability, and continuous evolution of applications • Resolve technical and organizational issues that may impact delivery, working closely with the team and leadership • Co-create and evolve the roadmap with the Product team, connecting strategy, technical feasibility, and execution • Define, monitor, and promote engineering best practices, including clean code, testing, observability, CI/CD, and development standards • Ensure delivery quality through code reviews, monitoring, continuous process improvement, and proactive action on technical issues • Support the evolution of solution architecture, particularly in cloud environments, APIs, services, and integrations • Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams, balancing user experience, business impact, deadlines, and technical quality • Foster an environment of collaboration, autonomy, accountability, and high performance within the squads • Develop people through ongoing feedback, technical mentoring, 1:1 meetings, and close monitoring of developers’ growth • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, demand organization, and ways of working within the technology team

🎯 Requirements

• Solid software development experience, with strong hands-on involvement and the ability to lead by example • Extensive experience with Node.js, APIs, and service architecture • Previous experience providing technical leadership to squads, serving as a technical reference—not solely managing people • Experience developing and supporting people, including feedback, 1:1 meetings, technical mentoring, and performance monitoring • Strong knowledge of software architecture, engineering best practices, and the evolution of scalable solutions • Proficiency in practices such as SOLID, Clean Code, automated testing, code review, observability, and continuous improvement • Experience working in agile environments and with demand-management tools such as Jira or similar platforms • Experience with cloud environments, preferably GCP, including Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, APIs, and related services • Experience with cloud architecture, microservices, or distributed services • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices • Strong communication and prioritization skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams • Analytical and collaborative mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and a focus on the real business impact of deliveries • University degree or technical education
