📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable systems supporting the company's financial services. • Ensure seamless operations and an excellent user experience. • Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code using software development best practices. • Contribute across all phases of the development lifecycle. • Investigate alternative technologies and present them for architectural review. • Propose technical implementations addressing scaling and performance problems. • Use GitHub version control, resolve conflicts, and automate continuous integration processes. • Create and maintain software documentation. • Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Mobile Engineering teams. • Mentor peers, share knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement and technical excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Academic background oriented toward computer science, engineering, or software development disciplines. • Hands-on experience in engineering roles. • Experience dealing with medium domains of medium/high complexity. • Solid understanding of web applications, including security, session management, and development best practices. • Knowledge of relational database systems and object-oriented programming. • Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design; Microservice Architecture is a plus. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and master diverse web technologies and techniques. • Proven ability to design complex distributed applications for high performance and throughput that are scalable and reliable. • Development experience using Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and AWS. • Experience with asynchronous programming. • Experience profiling and performance-tuning Java applications and using production monitoring tools. • Practical experience applying AI frameworks in development projects. • Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. • Ability to mentor peers and contribute to continuous improvement. • Flexibility, adaptability, openness to feedback, and eagerness to learn. • Alignment with company values: ownership, excellence, adaptability, and innovation. • Practical familiarity with financial domains such as lending, payments, credit cards, open finance, fraud prevention, merchant acquiring, or investment services is desirable. • Experience delivering financial solutions involving loan origination, payment processing, open finance, fraud detection, reporting, or reconciliation is ideally desired. • Ability to translate compliance mandates such as KYC/AML, PCI-DSS, and GDPR into resilient, high-performance systems is a strong asset.
