📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the Rotinas GB mobile app and its web module "Gestão de Rotinas" for consultants and franchisees of Grupo Boticário • Increase franchise operational potential by centralizing store management • Provide solutions that simplify consultants' day-to-day work • Unify solutions to make the salesforce's daily operations more efficient • Work on development using Flutter and Node • Collaborate in defining architectural standards, reusable components and implementation strategies for complex features • Understand and work across all application layers, from mobile to backend infrastructure • Influence technical decisions and guide other developers on complex solutions • Diagnose and resolve complex problems efficiently and sustainably • Explain technical concepts to diverse audiences and keep the team aligned • Identify improvements, propose solutions and act proactively on technical issues • Take ownership of deliveries, from conception to production monitoring • Work within a multidisciplinary team • Maintain technical documentation, share knowledge and contribute to the scalability of the team and product

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced experience with Flutter: 4+ years across multiple high-complexity production projects • Mastery of advanced state management, modular architectures and deep performance optimization in Flutter • Solid experience with Node: 2+ years • Experience developing REST and GraphQL APIs • Familiarity with Express, Fastify or NestJS • Experience with SQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MySQL • Experience with NoSQL databases, including MongoDB and DynamoDB • Experience in data modeling, query optimization and migrations • Knowledge of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles and microservices • Experience with fullstack automated testing, including Jest, Mocha, Cypress and Playwright • Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with AWS or GCP cloud platforms • Advanced knowledge of automated unit and widget testing • Knowledge of resilient architectures
