📋 Description

• Design and engineer robust machine learning features on Databricks to power AI models and solve complex business challenges • Implement features with complete standard metadata, including description, keys, lineage, ownership, tags, and data lifecycle • Apply scalable design patterns to maximize organizational reuse • Follow deployment pipelines including CI/CD, bundle validation, and PRD • Oversee job monitoring and apply FinOps practices for efficient cloud resource usage within Databricks • Ensure consistency between training and production environments • Maintain a single source of truth for all machine learning models • Work closely with cross-functional teams to create trustworthy, well-governed AI products

🎯 Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in feature engineering, data engineering, and deploying AI models specifically using Databricks and Unity Catalog • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python • Strong background in data governance, data lineage, and data quality frameworks • Deep familiarity with naming conventions, metadata standards, and scalable data architecture best practices • Feature Store certification (Fundamentals / Expert) and experience with financial data (nice to have) • Experience developing AI agents / agentic infrastructure, such as Mosaic AI Agent Framework, agent orchestration, or MCP (nice to have)
