📋 Description

• Set up, restructure, launch and optimize Google Search and Microsoft Search campaigns • Manage keyword structures, search terms and negatives • Monitor performance using CPC, CPA, ROAS and Impression Share and diagnose issues • Operate and configure the internal optimization tool • Validate campaign data and catch anomalies • Help develop and test new features • Occasionally write short client updates or answer client questions in writing; no client calls • Work directly with the client’s team on its AdTech product in an international environment

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ months of hands-on experience running Google Ads Search campaigns • Solid grasp of campaign structure, keyword analysis, match types, negatives and bid strategies (CPC, CPA and others) • Confident Google Ads Editor user • Strong Excel skills: pivot tables and VLOOKUP are essential • Analytical mindset and attention to detail • Good spoken and written English • Russian is a strong plus: part of the team communicates in Russian • Experience with brand Search campaigns is nice to have • Microsoft Ads experience is nice to have
