📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP • Work with the five-engineer R&D team to streamline CI/CD pipelines and reduce build times • Make code deployment seamless • Collaborate with developers to debug performance bottlenecks • Optimize Ruby/Rails environment configurations • Improve overall system reliability • Partner with developers to build, monitor, and optimize infrastructure for running, fine-tuning, and querying AI capabilities • Implement and manage logging, alerting, and monitoring tools • Ensure high uptime and quick incident response

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles • Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure management • Experience with GCP is a plus • Deep proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation • Strong expertise with Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, ECS, or equivalent • Proven experience configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting Ruby on Rails applications • Understanding of Bundler, Puma/Passenger, and memory management • Strong understanding of modern software engineering principles is a plus • Experience supporting AI/ML features is a plus, including vector databases, major LLM provider API integrations, local model deployments, and GPU scaling • Eagerness to learn AI/ML infrastructure is welcomed
