📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure using AWS/GCP • Work with the five-engineer R&D team to streamline CI/CD pipelines, reduce build times, and simplify code deployment • Collaborate with developers to debug performance bottlenecks and optimize Ruby/Rails environment configurations • Improve overall system reliability • Partner with developers to build, monitor, and optimize infrastructure for running, fine-tuning, and querying AI capabilities • Implement and manage logging, alerting, and monitoring tools • Ensure high uptime and rapid incident response

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles • Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure management • Experience with GCP is a plus • Deep proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation • Strong expertise with Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, ECS, or equivalent • Proven experience configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting Ruby on Rails applications • Understanding of Bundler, Puma/Passenger, and memory management • Strong understanding of modern software engineering principles is a nice-to-have • AI/ML infrastructure experience is a nice-to-have • Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, or pgvector is a nice-to-have • Experience managing API integrations with major LLM providers is a nice-to-have • Experience handling local model deployments and GPU scaling is a nice-to-have
