📋 Description

• Define and manage the product backlog, ensuring it remains aligned with the company’s strategic objectives; • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories for the development team; • Collaborate closely with developers, UX/UI designers, stakeholders, and customers to ensure shared understanding and alignment; • Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives, daily stand-ups); • Ensure delivered features meet user needs, business objectives, and quality standards; • Make informed, timely decisions regarding scope and priorities throughout the development cycle; • Validate product deliverables with a focus on usability, quality, and alignment with the product vision;

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field; • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in related roles (e.g., product analyst, project manager); • Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.); • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Miro, or similar; • Ability to interpret product data and performance metrics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.); • Basic understanding of software development processes (a plus, but not required); • Strong communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders; • Critical thinking and a problem-solving mindset; • User-focused, organized, and capable of managing priorities effectively; • Collaborative spirit and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
