📋 Description

• Build strong pipelines of qualified remote worker candidates from different global locations • Conduct first round interviews and then turn over those recorded interviews/notes to your Manager to evaluate for next steps • Maintain clear communication and accurate tracking of all candidates within our recruiting tool, Breezy HR • Deliver top candidates quickly to your Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Running LinkedIn paid job ads or willing to learn • Making job ads utilizing our client notes and Ai • Experience scheduling and interviewing candidates • Ability to source manually on LinkedIn through DMs and through groups • Solid LinkedIn network is preferred • Prior recruitment process experience is preferred • Experience using software such as Notion and Breezy HR
