🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in recruitment & selection (consulting experience is a plus). • Proficiency with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Catho, Pandapé, etc.). • Ability to conduct competency-based interviews. • Strong communication, organizational skills, and an analytical mindset. • Active CNPJ (Brazilian company registration) for independent engagement. • Availability to work remotely. • Laptop or desktop computer in good working condition. • Mobile phone (company SIM will be provided). • Office suite (e.g., Microsoft Office) installed and functional. • Stable internet, headset with microphone, and a professional work environment.
