📋 Description

• You will be the key player in conducting recruitment and selection processes, aiming to find professionals who not only possess the required skills but also fit the hiring company's culture and needs. • Your approach will be consultative, carefully overseeing each stage from a detailed understanding of the desired profile to presenting the final candidates. • We value speed and efficiency, ensuring deadlines are met precisely and that processes are conducted swiftly without compromising quality. • Our commitment is to deliver a pool of pre-qualified candidates who align with the sought profile, offering a refined and appropriate selection for the company.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Recruitment & Selection (HR consultancy or employment agency) • Experience working remotely on a productivity-based arrangement • Provide necessary equipment (laptop and a reliable internet connection) • Degree in HR or Psychology • Sense of urgency: ability to prioritize and act quickly to meet deadlines • Resilience: adaptability and perseverance in challenging situations and through change • Strong communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers
