📋 Description
• Work on several positions in the Blumenau (SC) region • Post job openings and conduct active candidate sourcing • Use talent databases, job boards and job groups • Fill positions for clients • Work as a freelance/independent contractor for RHF Talentos
🎯 Requirements
• University degree • 3–5 years of professional experience • Experience in recruitment and candidate selection • Experience with and access to talent databases, job boards and job groups • Access to and familiarity with Pandapé, Infojobs, Catho, or similar tools • Availability to work as an independent/freelance professional • Ability to work in or travel to the Blumenau (SC) region

• Necessary access to post jobs and perform active sourcing: Pandapé, Infojobs, Catho, and others • 30% commission per filled position, based on the amount billed to the client
