📋 Description

• Owning the B2C member journey end-to-end, delivering engaging and value-driven experiences across multiple touchpoints. • Planning, writing, building, and executing campaigns designed to drive engagement, activation, and product adoption. • Identifying gaps and opportunities within the member journey, building lifecycle and CRM campaigns to improve member outcomes. • Monitoring campaign and engagement performance, using data and insight to continuously optimise results. • Presenting campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership teams. • Testing and exploring new channels, messaging, and growth opportunities using a data-led, test-and-learn approach. • Creating compelling member-facing content across email, intranet, posters, and digital communications. • Acting as the internal expert on member engagement, messaging quality, and customer communications. • Supporting the development and continuous improvement of CRM journeys, marketing processes, and engagement frameworks. • Collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Commercial teams to improve the overall member experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience within B2C marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing, with a track record of owning campaigns end-to-end. • Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling messaging that resonates with a consumer audience. • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms to manage campaigns, journeys, and engagement reporting. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insight into action. • A proactive, high-agency mindset with the confidence to work cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, challenge constructively, and take ownership without waiting for direction. • High attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality customer experiences and communications. • Energy, curiosity, and a genuine hunger to test, improve, and continuously optimise performance. • Experience balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
