âą Responsible for leading transportation and driver operations while ensuring compliance with DOT regulations âą Oversee company-owned and leased equipment, driver performance, yard and terminal operations âą Coordinate with internal and external partners for timely, safe, cost-effective delivery of goods âą Maintain regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and a high-performing driver workforce
đŻ Requirements
âą Associate degree or equivalent experience (10+ years of CDL or transportation experience may be considered in lieu of a degree) âą Previous supervisory or management experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations âą Demonstrated knowledge of DOT HOS rules and transportation regulations âą Working knowledge of geographic service areas and route planning âą Understanding of labor laws and company policy compliance
