📋 Description
• Conduct outbound cold calls to US-based prospects • Introduce services clearly and professionally • Engage and qualify potential leads • Schedule and conduct initial interviews as needed • Follow call scripts while adapting naturally to conversations • Record call outcomes and maintain accurate notes in tracking systems • Meet daily or weekly call targets and performance expectations
🎯 Requirements
• Previous Customer Service (CS) or call center experience preferred • Excellent English communication and listening skills • Confident speaking with US clients over the phone • Strong interpersonal and interviewing skills • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment • Ability to work independently and stay organized
