• Full accountability for regional achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual topline revenue targets across assigned studios. • Monitor and analyze studio-level KPIs including conversion rate, average ticket, membership sales, package mix, and retention. • Conduct monthly business reviews with Studio leadership focused on sales results and performance improvement opportunities. • Identify underperforming metrics and implement corrective action plans. • Lead, coach, and hold accountable 5-7 Studio Managers and Managing Clinical Directors as primary performance drivers within their studio. • Conduct structured sales observations, role plays, and coaching sessions to improve close rates and sales effectiveness. • Develop Studio Managers and Managing Clinical Directors as studio leaders and hold them accountable for team performance. • Drive team engagement and retention through clear expectations, consistent performance management and a culture of appreciation and recognition.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 3–5 years of multi-unit sales leadership experience in high-growth service environments. • Experience in aesthetics, healthcare, retail, or premium consumer services preferred. • Demonstrated success leading distributed teams to exceed revenue targets. • Advanced coaching capabilities in consultative selling. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. • Willingness to travel up to 70%.
