📋 Description

• Provide flexible online mental coaching via a secure video platform • Support clients in activating and strengthening their mental resources • Accompany clients in developing mental strength, self-confidence, stress management, resilience, motivation, emotional balance, self-esteem, and personal growth • Help clients successfully overcome challenges and realize their full potential • Offer coaching flexibly as on-demand ("live") sessions or appointment-based sessions • Reach new clients through the myCoachz platform

🎯 Requirements

• Completed, certified coaching training, e.g., ICF, DCV, DVNLP, ECA or equivalent • At least 2 years of professional experience in coaching • Experience as a mental coach, mental trainer, or in related coaching fields • Professional demeanor • Empathy and strong communication skills • Experience with online coaching or openness to digital formats • Willingness to work on a freelance basis • Valid coaching certification required for inclusion in the network • Application must include certifications
