📋 Description

• Source, screen, and hire IT professionals (permanent and freelancers) for a variety of roles based on client job specifications. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their IT staffing needs and delivering high-quality talent solutions promptly. • Identify and pursue new client opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and sales strategies. • Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to expand our consultancy services. • Stay updated on IT industry trends, talent availability, and competitive landscapes to inform recruitment strategies and sales pitches. • Work closely with internal teams, including consultants and project managers, to align talent hires with business objectives and ensure seamless onboarding. • Track recruitment metrics, sales performance, and client satisfaction to optimize processes and achieve targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, IT, or a related field (Master's preferred). • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a strong focus on hiring for technical roles in Cyber Security, AI, Data, and E-Commerce. • Proven sales experience, including acquiring new clients and managing accounts in the IT consultancy or staffing industry. • Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing both permanent and freelance IT talent. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients. • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales and secure top talent. • Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and CRM software. • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess candidate qualifications against complex IT job requirements. • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Fluency in French, Dutch, and English (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with international clients and candidates.
