📋 Description

• Prepare reimbursement rate and investment cost rate calculations for fully residential elder care facilities and further develop them with the team • Analyze cost, staffing, and pricing data and present decision-making and negotiation materials in a clear, accessible manner • Support reimbursement negotiations with long-term care insurance funds and social assistance providers • Gradually take on suitable negotiation procedures independently after completing the onboarding process • Support Controlling and facility teams with reimbursement-related questions • Prepare benchmark analyses • Maintain the pricing database accurately and reliably • Contribute to projects aimed at standardizing and digitizing nursing home reimbursement management • Work closely with the Head of Nursing Home Reimbursement Management, Controlling, and facility managers

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial training, a degree in business administration, social sciences, health sciences, or nursing, or a comparable qualification • Strong affinity for numbers and the ability to analyze business relationships in a structured manner • Proficiency in Excel • Ability to evaluate data transparently and present results clearly • Careful and reliable working style • Enjoyment of collaborating with different specialist departments • Good written and verbal communication skills in German • Initial experience in elder care or the social services sector, Controlling, or cost accounting is an advantage • Basic knowledge of Book XI or Book XII of the German Social Code (SGB XI/SGB XII) is an advantage • Initial experience preparing for or supporting reimbursement negotiations is an advantage
