• Monitor and maintain compliance with all Amazon US product listing policies. • Own the relationship with Amazon compliance teams and manage any listing suppression. • Ensure all product detail pages, A+ content, and advertising copy meet Amazon guidelines and FTC requirements. • Track changes to Amazon Terms of Service. • Lead compliance for all international Amazon marketplaces (UK, EU, CA, JP, AU, MX). • Manage country-specific labeling and packaging requirements. • Develop and maintain a master labeling matrix by SKU and marketplace.
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce compliance, regulatory affairs, or marketplace operations. • Amazon-specific experience strongly preferred. • Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central compliance workflows, including listing health, product safety, and brand registry. • Familiarity with US consumer product regulations (CPSIA, Prop 65, FTC advertising guidelines, FDA cosmetic rules). • Hands-on experience with VAT, EPR, and customs compliance for cross-border e-commerce. • EU and UK experience is a must. • Strong understanding of product labeling requirements across multiple geographies. • Highly organized with obsessive attention to detail — you do not let things slip through the cracks. • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. • Excellent written communication. You can translate dense regulatory language into clear, actionable guidance for non-compliance teammates. • Experience with consumer products (beauty, personal care, health, or wellness) is a strong plus.
