📋 Description
• Drive our global consulting business and oversee strategic customer engagements across international markets • Responsible for commercial success, operational performance, and strategic development • Work closely with executive management to expand consulting capabilities • Strengthen customer relationships and support business growth • Lead strategic customer engagements and executive stakeholder relationships • Support Sales in business development and complex customer opportunities • Drive consulting excellence through standardized delivery models and governance • Develop leaders and strengthen organizational capabilities • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Executive Management • Identify opportunities to improve consulting offerings and service portfolio • Lead organizational transformation initiatives and continuous improvement
🎯 Requirements
• Several years of leadership experience in SAP Consulting • Strong commercial understanding and customer engagement experience • Proven track record managing consulting organizations • Experience within Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or highly regulated industries • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking • NICE TO HAVE SAP Certification • Experience leading international consulting businesses • Experience with enterprise SaaS or SAP partner organizations • MBA or equivalent leadership qualification
