📋 Description
• Lead, mentor, and develop an international team of SAP Functional Consultants and Team Leads • Define and execute the global Functional Consulting strategy • Drive organizational growth, capability development, and succession planning • Establish delivery governance, quality standards, methodologies, and best practices • Ensure successful delivery of complex SAP implementation projects worldwide • Partner with Sales during strategic customer engagements and pre-sales activities • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Development, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership • Monitor consulting KPIs, utilization, profitability, customer satisfaction, and project health • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation
🎯 Requirements
• Extensive leadership experience within SAP Consulting organizations • Strong SAP Functional Consulting background • Proven experience leading international consulting teams • Experience developing consulting organizations and delivery frameworks • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills • Strong commercial awareness and customer-centric mindset • Experience within Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or other regulated industries • NICE TO HAVE SAP Certification • Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations • Experience scaling consulting organizations globally • Background in regulated industries
