📋 Description

• Lead global SAP Functional Consulting delivery across multiple customer projects • Coordinate consulting resources, project assignments, and capacity planning • Ensure project quality, timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction • Support consultants through coaching and technical guidance • Establish delivery standards, templates, methodologies, and governance • Identify delivery risks and drive proactive mitigation strategies • Partner closely with Project Management, Product, Development, Customer Success, and Support • Drive utilization management and operational improvements • Monitor delivery KPIs and continuously improve execution

🎯 Requirements

• Strong SAP Functional Consulting background • Several years of experience leading SAP implementation projects • Experience coordinating distributed consulting teams • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities • Experience in regulated industries such as Medical Technology or Life Sciences • NICE TO HAVE SAP Certification • Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations • Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies • Experience with global delivery organizations
