📋 Description

• Advise prospects and customers online and by phone, and convert them into mymoria customers • Turn funeral and pre-arrangement inquiries/offers into confirmed orders • Listen carefully and provide needs-oriented advice so customers can make well-informed decisions • Continuously question and improve our service and sales processes • Keep company goals in mind and contribute significantly to the company's success through your work • Receive an uncapped commission in addition to your base salary

🎯 Requirements

• You are a salesperson through and through and have experience in telephone sales • You have strong self-motivation and a passion for achieving targets and closing deals • You have excellent communication skills, a strong service orientation, empathy and compassion • You have good computer skills and can quickly learn new software • Previous experience in the funeral industry or insurance sales is an advantage, but career changers are welcome
