• Responsible for planning, designing and implementing software rollout projects for our clients (e.g., planning and requirements workshops, software implementation & configuration, project management, etc.) • Conduct user training sessions at client sites or online (e.g., functional and product training) • Provide competent consulting and close support to our clients to ensure the correct use of our software products • Receive step-by-step onboarding into software implementation (installation, configuration, custom database queries, etc.) • Ensure communication with internal project leads and client-side project stakeholders • Contribute to the further development of the myneva products by identifying market and customer requirements and communicating them to product management
• Completed vocational training or a degree, preferably in healthcare / nursing management or in IT • Practical experience in project work in the nursing/care sector or in IT • General IT affinity and enthusiasm to further develop your IT skills (prior experience with e.g. MS Windows Server, MS Internet Information Services, MS SQL databases is an advantage but not required) • Team player, able to work independently, and enjoys contributing ideas • Ability to explain complex topics in simple terms • Business-fluent German and basic knowledge of English • Driving license class B and willingness to travel within Germany
