📋 Description

• Build and maintain a high-quality, maintainable codebase in Elixir using Phoenix, LiveView, TailwindCSS, and daisyUI. • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other engineers to find smart solutions that balance speed, quality, and simplicity. • Shape our architecture for reliability, scalability, and developer happiness. • Take ownership of privacy and security considerations from the start.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer, preferably with Elixir or another programming language. • You have an eye for code quality and balance pragmatism with craftsmanship. • Enjoy working in small, empowered teams where you can shape not only the product but also its development. • Product-minded: when something is unclear, you investigate it instead of waiting for perfect specifications. • Basic knowledge of GDPR and secure software design, and an understanding of their importance. • Curious, reflective, and enjoy learning — including from failed experiments. • Professional English is required; German is a plus.
