📋 Description

• Build and maintain a high-quality codebase in Elixir with Phoenix, LiveView, TailwindCSS, and daisyUI • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineers for smart solutions • Shape architecture for reliability, scalability, and developer happiness • Take ownership of privacy and security aspects • Contribute ideas for process improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer, ideally with Elixir or Ruby • Code quality focus with pragmatism • Experience in small, empowered teams • Product mindset and exploration mentality • Basics of GDPR and secure software design knowledge • Curiosity, reflection, and enjoyment in learning • Professional-level English; German is a plus • Nice to have: Experience with sensitive data, understanding of encryption, DevOps knowledge, familiar with Shape Up methodology
