📋 Description

• Serve as the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for Greek-speaking merchants and business owners across chat, email, and phone • Take ownership of customer issues from first contact through resolution • Follow up, close the loop, and ensure no issues fall through the cracks • Help customers understand their accounts and navigate myPOS products in clear Greek • Advocate for customers internally with specialist teams such as Payments Operations and Account Verification • Resolve complex customer cases faster • Explain payment flows, fees, account status, and other technical or financial topics in accessible language • Share patterns and customer feedback with the wider team to improve services

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Greek and a solid command of English, both written and spoken • At least 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as a call centre, BPO, or support environment • Ability to explain technical or financial concepts in plain, friendly language • Calm, composed approach when things get busy or complicated • Genuine enjoyment of helping people • Comfort working with digital tools and systems • Good eye for detail • Interest in fintech, payments, or business technology • Previous experience with payment systems or POS solutions is a strong advantage • Adaptability to a fast-moving environment
