📋 Description

• Handle customer inquiries and support requests via email and WhatsApp • Troubleshoot software issues and guide customers toward solutions • Document recurring issues and help build the internal knowledge base • Join screen-sharing sessions with customers when hands-on assistance is needed • Coordinate with the development team to escalate and resolve bugs or product issues • Help new customers get started and become comfortable with the product • Support German-speaking property management companies using hausverwalter.ai

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent German, both written and spoken (required) • 2+ years of customer support experience, ideally in a SaaS, IT, or helpdesk environment • Tech-savvy and able to learn new software quickly • Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of tasks • Comfortable working under performance pressure • Quick learner with a disciplined approach to work • Bonus: Hands-on IT experience with scripting, automation, self-hosted tools, Linux, web applications, or server administration
