📋 Description
• Source candidates daily from platforms • Send 20–50 outreach messages per day • Track candidate responses and manage pipeline • Direct candidates to apply via BambooHR • Conduct initial screening interviews • Shortlist qualified candidates for final interviews • Facilitate all other processes through hiring
🎯 Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing (remote preferred) • Strong written and verbal English • Organized and process-driven • Comfortable with high-volume outreach • Experience hiring engineers or construction roles is a plus • Ability to work in US EST business hours
