📋 Description

• Generate qualified meetings with decision-makers for technology clients using a proven multi-channel approach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) • Drive outbound activity to generate qualified meetings for tech clients in the US and Canada • Confidently pitch and qualify prospects, engaging with executives and C-level decision-makers • Work with Account Management to execute targeted campaigns and strategies • Use the tech stack to track activities, maintain CRM hygiene, and report results accurately • Leverage provided prospect lists while bringing own expertise in prospecting, lead qualification, and relationship building • Contribute ideas, feedback, and best practices to continuously improve client outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in SDR/BDR or sales development roles (agency experience strongly preferred) • Proven success in cold calling and outbound lead generation • Strong understanding of US and Canadian markets • Excellent written and verbal communication in English • Ability to engage and persuade senior executives and C-level decision-makers via phone and digital channels • Results-driven, ambitious, and comfortable working toward clear targets • Fast learner who thrives in a collaborative, high-growth environment • Confident on the phones and experienced with multi-channel prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn) • Experience with CRM and tech stack to track activities and maintain CRM hygiene
