• Drive outbound activity to generate qualified meetings for our tech clients in the US and Canada. • Confidently pitch and qualify prospects, engaging with executives and C-level decision-makers. • Work with our Account Management team to execute targeted campaigns and strategies. • Use our tech stack to track activities, maintain CRM hygiene, and report results accurately. • Contribute ideas, feedback, and best practices to continuously improve client outcomes.
• 2+ years experience in SDR/BDR or sales development roles (agency experience strongly preferred). • Proven success in cold calling and outbound lead generation. • Strong understanding of US and Canadian markets. • Excellent written and verbal communication in English. • Ability to engage and persuade senior executives over the phone and via digital channels. • Results-driven, ambitious, and comfortable working toward clear targets. • Fast learner who thrives in a collaborative, high-growth environment.
