🎯 Requirements

• Long-term experience working in the French HR industry, with in-depth knowledge of local labor policies, compensation frameworks, corporate culture, and employee relations. • Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and French (written and spoken). • Prior experience providing online/remote HR consulting services is highly preferred. • Ability to analyze client challenges, apply French HR best practices, and offer practical, compliant solutions. • Self-motivated and reliable with ability to manage own schedule and meet client deadlines.
