📋 Description
• Ability to understand the hiring strategies, availability of talent and compensation benchmarking. • Work closely with leading staffing trade associations, training, and research organizations to ensure knowledge of the latest industry trends and technologies.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). • Deep understanding of the Order-to-Cash lifecycle. • Expertise in Oracle Order Management and Accounts Receivable modules. • Experience with pricing, shipping, billing, and collections processes. • Knowledge of customer account management and credit management. • Experience with workflow configuration and business process optimization. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. • Experience supporting integrations between Oracle and external systems.
