📋 Description

• Gather requirements and perform technical analysis • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Salesforce solutions throughout the full development lifecycle • Deliver large-scale, end-to-end Salesforce implementations • Configure, develop, and implement Salesforce OmniStudio and Omni-Channel • Build and manage OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures • Configure Omni-Channel routing, queues, skills-based routing, presence/status, and agent workload management • Develop Salesforce functionality using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Experience, and Lightning Web Components • Configure Salesforce security, automation, Knowledge, Experience Cloud, Reports, and Dashboards • Design and develop REST API integrations using MuleSoft, Kafka, or other event-driven platforms • Implement Salesforce Agentforce and AI-powered capabilities • Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce architectures • Establish CI/CD and Salesforce deployment pipelines • Test, debug, and optimize Salesforce performance, including governor limits, bulkification, and asynchronous Apex • Support Salesforce production environments and resolve complex technical issues

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience across the full Salesforce development lifecycle: requirements gathering, technical analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support • Experience delivering large-scale, end-to-end Salesforce implementations • Mandatory hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio and Omni-Channel, including configuration, development, and implementation • Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud • Hands-on experience with OmniStudio components, including OmniScript, DataRaptor, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures • Experience with Omni-Channel routing, queues, skills-based routing, presence/status configuration, and agent workload management • Good knowledge of Apex, OOP, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce design patterns • Experience with Salesforce configuration, security, automation, Knowledge, Experience Cloud, Reports, and Dashboards • Strong experience designing and developing REST API integrations using MuleSoft, Kafka, or other event-driven integration platforms • Experience with Salesforce Agentforce and/or AI technologies, including AI-powered agents, generative AI, prompt engineering, AI automation, or integration of AI services with Salesforce • Understanding of responsible AI practices, AI security, data grounding, and Salesforce AI capabilities is a plus • Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions • Experience establishing CI/CD and Salesforce deployment pipelines using Git, Copado, or similar tools • Proficiency with Jira, Git, VS Code, and Agile/Scrum methodologies • Strong experience with Salesforce testing, debugging, performance optimization, governor limits, bulkification, and asynchronous Apex • Experience supporting Salesforce production environments and resolving complex technical issues • Strong communication, problem-solving, architecture, and collaboration skills
