• Pipeline ownership & deal closing • Prospecting: Conduct monthly sales calls by phone (outbound & inbound) • Discovery calls: Qualify using BANT, uncover pain points, clarify budgets • Negotiation & closing: Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, close deals • Deal management: Keep the pipeline up to date, maintain the forecast, and handle reporting • Win-loss analysis: Identify patterns and continuously optimize • Account management: Manage existing customers and identify upsell opportunities
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in high-ticket segments such as consulting • Qualification experience with BANT or MEDDIC — consultative selling • CRM experience, preferably with HubSpot • Deep familiarity with sales KPIs: pipeline, win rate, deal cycle • Very good German (written and telephone) • Data-driven — KPIs guide your work
