📋 Description

• Research and analyze user needs with a customer-focused approach and translate insights into well-founded UX concepts and strategies. • Develop cross-device UX/UI concepts for apps and websites. • Create customer journeys, sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, and low-fidelity prototypes. • Prepare concept presentations and facilitate workshops with clients and internal teams. • Execute complex projects in close collaboration with senior designers and cross-functional teams such as development and product management.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably at a digital agency. • A degree or equivalent qualification in media design, interaction design, information design, interface design, or a related field. • Proven ability to conceptualize and design digital applications and mobile apps. • A solid understanding of the technical structure of websites and digital products. • Experience building and maintaining design systems and a strong understanding of systematic, scalable design. • Confident, routine use of common design tools such as Figma and Adobe CC. • Solid knowledge of common UX methods, agile working practices, and established design workflows. • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
