📋 Description

• Guide clients through their protection journey, from initial inquiry to completion • Ensure clients receive expert advice on income protection, mortgage protection, and other essential coverage • Leverage our client's innovative technology to work efficiently while maintaining the personal touch for lasting client relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal • Ability to work in a faced paced environment • 2+ years of experience advising on protection products in a brokerage environment • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while working independently • Demonstrates expertise in handling B2C inquiries • Comfortable navigating multiple lenders to find optimal whole of market solutions • RO5 qualification (preferred but not essential) • Experience of supporting customers from initial enquiry to completion
