📋 Description

• Implement, set up, and monitor campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports • Perform daily controls of pacing, spend/investment, and key metrics • Identify optimization opportunities and recommend campaign adjustments • Ensure quality of campaign setup, tracking, and delivery • Support the senior team with client-related routines/activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field • Solid experience in an advertising agency, working in media performance • Good knowledge of major media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) • Proficiency in creating reports and daily controls • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc.) • Organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented • Nice to have: Experience in client/partner meetings and interactions • Experience presenting reports • Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint • Knowledge of GA4 and visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI)
