• Bachelor’s degree (Administration, Communications, Law, or related fields). • Experience in customer service, ombudsman/complaints handling, or back-office operations. • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) for cross-referencing data sets and recording information in reports. • Experience handling complaints on Reclame Aqui or other public channels. • Basic knowledge of the Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor). • Familiarity with the regulatory environment (ANS). • Attention to detail; • Clear and objective communication; • Strong organizational skills; • Adaptability and flexibility; • Analytical mindset and focus on continuous improvement; • Time management;
