📋 Description

• Define and champion the vision for the product domain • Understand the needs of customers, users, and internal teams • Analyze market trends, competitors, and technological developments • Identify and assess new use cases related to AI, automation, and AI agents • Build and manage the roadmap for the product area • Identify, qualify, and prioritize opportunities based on their user and business impact • Oversee the full feature lifecycle, from discovery through launch in collaboration with Product Marketing • Measure results and adjust direction based on customer feedback and data • Lead the design and development of new features with Product Design and Engineering teams • Ensure a simple, intuitive, and high-performing user experience • Validate solutions through user testing, data analysis, and experimentation • Deliver pragmatic, robust, and value-generating solutions • Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to understand customer challenges • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders • Foster alignment around product priorities • Contribute to promoting the product internally and externally • Help foster a strong Product culture across the company

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment • Ability to understand complex business challenges and transform them into simple, effective solutions • Strong command of Agile methodologies and Product best practices • Ability to independently lead initiatives and bring teams together around projects • Ability to make trade-offs, prioritize, and make pragmatic, impact-oriented decisions • Experience managing large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Curious and rigorous mindset • Strong analytical skills and a user-focused approach • Strong interest in artificial intelligence and its practical applications in SaaS products • Regular use of tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI assistants in a professional setting • Ability to identify opportunities involving AI, LLMs, OCR, and AI agents • Ability to distinguish passing trends from genuinely value-generating use cases • Bilingual in French and English
